Coastal Orange County Property
High-end coastal property has one problem: the view is the asset and the view is the hardest thing to capture honestly. Blown-out windows and flat midday water undersell a nine-figure view corridor.
We pre-light in the afternoon and set camera positions while there is daylight to work in, then shoot exposure-blended interiors so the window holds the ocean. The aerial goes up in the same twenty-minute window with a second operator so ground and air match.

Hospitality and retail destinations sell an experience that only exists in motion. We produced a virtual walkthrough and brewery-market profile for Chestnut Hill Hotel, and a 4K drone aerial tour of Pacific City in Huntington Beach.
